At Duckfeet USA, we want you to love your handcrafted footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as simple as possible to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn Duckfeet in their original shoe box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to protect the product packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
